We live in Queenstown and when we went down to Port Elizabeth in January my wife made an appointment for new glasses. All went well until the specs were ready for collection. The sun glasses were very dark and not what wife ordered. Had to go back to correct. Sunglasses back now reading glasses instead of sunglasses. Wife took the glasses back Tuesday 6 April 2010. Well.
