I purchased a Lifetime 7x' storage shed online from HomeDepot. Not only were 6 parts missing but several parts were the wrong sizes. I was constantly on the phone with Lifetime's customer service people. The main comments were that I should have checked all the parts list first (which we did...didn't know you had to measure every part to make sure it was right, and "I've never had this much trouble with a shed before"...gee thanks.
