I ordered biofreeze from this company on 1/10/2011 and on my confirmation it says it I should receive it in 2-6 business days. It is now 2-3-2011 and have not heard anything. Have e-mailed them 3 times so decided to call and act like I was placing another order. When "Chaz" answered the phone, after five min. I immediately told him I was online with the BBB.
