I've been a customer since last fall (2010) and although this service is less than reliable and pretty slow, it is the best option for me because there are no cable lines where I live and dial-up is still worse. The client software that comes with the A600 modem is a bit buggy. It wouldn't allow me to configure or disable the "Optimization" feature.
