These guys are unethical, unprofessional, unreliable and outrageously expensive. We called and scheduled to have them remove ice and snow from our roof. First, they did not show up till four hours later than scheduled. We called and inquired status but they had shady explanations for their delays and hung up on us few times. Then they showed up, checked out our house and drove away! When we called their boss and after they returned, the $425 job became a $2, 200 job.
