I received a Blackjack scratch off card from Air One of Michigan. After scratching it off I determined I was a winner on hand 2. When I called to claim my prize they asked me if I was a US resident, over 21 and was I married and had full time employment. Because I am not married and not full time employed they told me that I was not eligible to receive my prize, however according to the Blackjack rules the only people are not eligible to win are (prior promotion winners, employee's or family members of sponsor.
