On february 16th of this year, I purchased an I-Star TC-1U40 power supply from Circotech.com (aka. Eramax Corporation). When the unit arrived, I noticed the unit was wired incorrectly. I immediately contacted both the manufacturer I-Star, and the dealer Circo Technologies Corporation. First they told me that it was impossible. I therefore took pictures of the wiring, and forwarded them, to each party, along with a very detailed description of the wiring, pin by pin comparison, to what it was supposed to be.
