i am from the gemstone side of buyers and i have been with them for quite a while. i like to buy the "collections" they offer. several times my order was short an item but i just kept it to myself. however, in march last year i ordered their "march madness" collection, and this was missing four(4) items. i started to call. all i got was "i 'll look into it" i've been writing monthly, but they just ignore me. great way to do business! read full review »
