I purchased a credit report/score and never received it and was charged 3 $1.00 payments. I called to cancel the membership on 12-05-10 after being charged for several month because I wasn’t checking my account. For some reason they had 2 memberships for me and I only applied once. I saw that $29.95 was taken from my checking account and they refused to acknowledge that I canceled both memberships and will not refund me none of the $29.95 that were charged previously.
