Up until Thanksgiving the service was good when it was up, however, I frequently had to call customer service and have them reset the modem. A few days before Thanksgiving Mediacom service arrived to replace the modem but he was not given a moden, all he was allowed to do was test the signals. Something was running hot, I was getting download speeds over 15MB and was only paying for 12MB. So he fixed it so that I would only get 12MB and the modem was deemed repaired.
