This screenshot tells most of my story. In my area, Windstream landlines do not connect to magicJack numbers. MagicJack is a do-it-yourself hardware addition. With the price, I expected a little bit of configuring to get it to work. I was correct there. Although, it wasn't as bad as it seems from the surface. It only took checking some settings on my computer, and making sure everything was set to operate the device properly.
