Like many of the complaints I read about, my agency also experienced the same scenario. I just got off the phone with a rep from Silv and told her that I would be contacting any and every agency as well as my local TV consumer reporter. AT&T has been extremely helpful. A rep told me that they get these complaints daily and that they are helpless to do anything about it since the FCC allows this to happen. Has anyone done anything about contacting their state AG office? And if so has any state filed any complaints? read full review »
