I recently had to make use of an Avis rental vehicle when my vehicle went in for damage repairs. My insurance company made the arrangements and the vehicle was delivered to Ger-Matic Panelbeaters in Silverton. I used the vehicle for a week and on the 31st March and I notified the call centre that they must pick up the vehicle between 16:00 and 16:30 at the same premises it was delivered to.
