I applied for a medical aid through spectramed and asked that is shud commence from 01.04.10.On the 01.03.10 i called in to the call center and explained that i would not be able to meet that obligation as i could no longer afford it.I was told to send an email through and it would be sorted out, i received an automatic response on 08.03.10.No one called me or followed up if i had been helped.I called in again on 26.03.10 to find out if the debit order had been stopped and was advised that i had to send yet another email and would be contacted... read full review »
