On the 5th November they confirmed receipt of full payment of R2 600-00 for a vehicle to carry 20 people from Westville to Pietermaritzburg, with various stops on the way for my Hen's party. On the 28th November when the vehicle arrived at the first stop in Westville, it was certified to carry only 13 passengers. We immediately advised them that this was not acceptable, and asked them to organise an alternative; they advised that this would be difficult at this stage.
