I personaly went to sattle my account in the store and ask them to stop the debit order from my bank account, the accouts ladie asured me that the derbit order is removed from their systerm, but to my supprise the money was deducted from my bank account on the 26th of March 2010, i then imediatly contacted the accounts department and spoke to another assistant, he advised me to go to the bank and stop the debit order from my bank side.
