I went past their store yesterday at 1:25 to look for some screws, but as I arrived the one man was closing their doors. The sign says they close at 1:30, but nonetheless, I asked him if I could come in and he replied 'You better be quick'. Thats not the way to speak to a patron who is the reason you have a business. Went inside and another gentleman asked if he could help and I responded that I was looking for the screws, in fact I had one in my hand that I needed to match, and he led me to that section and began to walk away... read full review »
