Our mortgage was transferred from Roundpointe to Nationstar in November of 2010. We were told not to make a payment to Nationstar until they received our paperwork from Roundpointe and to keep checking back. Also they promised not to access late fees during this time. We checked and finally in January they received our docs. We made our payments to catch up but they did in fact assess late fees, took one payment and applied it to extra principal instead of our escrow, and included an erroneous fee for who knows what.
