We also had this problem, We were told that we would be charged 34$ a month for internet, they were giving us a special deal because we told them before we got it hooked up to forget it. You see they sent a truck over, but no one ever came and rang our bell or knocked on our door. My mom and sister saw the truck leaving our apartment complex. We then called to see why the truck was there (we were supposed to get the internet hooked up that day), they claimed we were not scheduled to get it hooked up for another week.
