I have a balance on my account and am billed eachmonth for a set amount. Economy is horrible and social security has not been been increased in over two years. Therefore, for the last two months, I have not been able to pay my full amount. I have paid the difference in a few weeks. I do not wish for someone to call me to harrass me about this. I know it is owed. I have sent letters and explained this. I will look into the harrassment charges in the future if it continues. read full review »
