Without going into the longest story in the world, I will sum up the complaint here. I bought a MA for my washer. Sears not only treated me horribly over the past few months, they did not stand up to their end of the agreement. My washer could not be fixed. I had service techs out MANY times (every other week, basically) - sometimes replacing parts, sometimes fiddling around with the machine. It wasn't fixable.
