I've bought many things at Fry's over the years and have been moderately dissatisfied with the overall experience. This is the last straw though. I bought a notebook computer a little over 2 years ago from Fry's. At the time I bought a 3 year extended warranty. About 6 months ago the screen hinges on the laptop began to loosen.
