I am a disabled person who has gotten sicker in the past few months and needs to cut back on my cellular phone services in order to pay for my medications. Because T- Mobile will not allow me to change my family plan to a normal basic plan without paying penalties, I cannot afford to buy my diabetic medication each month, because I have to pay them or get even more fines. It is not as if I want to leave their company, I just want to get rid of a line.
