THE ADD WAS FOR 1.99(SHIPPING AND HANDLING ONLY), A FREE KIT TO LEARN TO APPLY FOR EDUCATIONAL GRANT. I have not received the kit, nor do I want it. Particularly if I am to be charged for 40x the amount that was on the website. Perhaps if the ad was clearer this could have been avoided. I am incredibly upset about this, and have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, I refuse to accept this. read full review »
