We have no idea why charges of $11.99 are appearing on our Bank Statement. We never noticed it until doing our taxes this year and going through our expenses. This is quite insidious. there is an 800 number that we will try to call in the morning. We appreciated finding others with this complaint on this site which is making us think that this is, in fact, something fraudulent or at the very least a misrepresentation of some kind of service.
