I bought TurboTax and when I E-filed the software charged my credit card, but never sent the information. Now the software want me to charge my credit card again so I tried the support web site only to find that you can not call so the only way to contact the company is via E-mail. I suggest that if you want any support that you do not use Turbo-tax. read full review »
