Guardian sold my security account to CounterForce USA. The home security system stopped working but I was unable to get anyone to call me back from CounterForce. When I did speak to someone, they collected my information and told me they would call back. I have not heard from them at all since. I have initiated several calls the past few months but without results. My home security system still does not work.
