I noticed a charge of 14.95 on my account today and immediately did a search for this company... found this site, located the 800 number and called in... spoke with Christina and canceled and refunded. No hassle no fuss... very polite and courteous. I guess it helps to catch it right away... Poor business ethics... but if you catch it quickly you should be okay for cancellation and refund. read full review »
