I have ordered file cabinets from them before and have had few problems. This time they sent me the wrong cabinet. When I placed the order the sales lady told me to refuse shipment is something is wrong with it. That's what I did. When I called them to let them know they said that no one would ever tell me that. In essence they were calling me a liar. Then they said that they would not refund the shipping and I would have to pay a restocking fee. I just called the delivery driver and had him bring it back. They were completely unwilling to work with me to get the right file cabinet. I will NEVER by anything from them again! read full review »
