I have a SAVED message on my voicemail from a 202-683-1404 phone number. The lady sounds like she is automated. I read that this was a scam and thought I needed to report it. It also told me to visit www.requestagrant.com and to call their "Capital Hill office for more details." Do I need to forward this voicemail to anyone brfore it disappears off my phone?
