I started this program in Oct 08...Have mailed in my receipts each month, receiving a confirmation email back that they were rec'd, yet I have not yet received one free gas card back from them. How are they getting by with this? Our 5$ was to be refundable at the end also. These cards were handed out by reputable businesses, what happened? This is not right.
