can not find cancelation form on internet - was told on phone by agent, that was the only way to cancel. hardly understand foriegn agents when calling 1-800 numbers. billed on 2/25/09 for product that i did not order & have not received. the only thing i ordered was a free trail that i paid 4.99 for. not $71.84 that i was charged @ there's no way to cancel. I have tried numerous phone no.'s 7 E-MAILS to no avail. read full review »
