I was sent to collections for a verizon bill to a place called ER SOLUTIONS. Isnt this illegal? To call in a threatening manner. I had the WORST phone call from these people. Screaming at me, carrying on about all kinds of rediculous comments. I was UNBELIEVABLE! I called Verizon and told them all this stuff that had went on with their collections agency. She actually called them on a conference call with me and got me directly to the manager and the manager gave me the direct line to discuss my bill with him and he is personally taking over... read full review »
