I ordered Proflowers online. completed order and clicked on FREE Shipping offer - which was actually a rebate of $15.00 off a future order. Realized it was a scam and backed off that part of the site. Shamefully just realized they'd been charging by Visa $14.95 for 10 months. Called 800-355-1837 -customer service. told them I had not completed the offer. They said they had all my email and address info - which of course had been submitted with the online Proflower order.
