Bought an over the sink shelf and it came BROKEN, I did not ask them to replace it and they sent it anyways. Fed ex left it outside and I was not able to refuse delivery. Second item was a queen size feather comforter pad. They sent me a twin although I specifically put in the number that was indicated in the magazine for a queen. They would not pay to ship it back. Then I got a monroe comforter that was about the size of a full. No way would it fit my bed. I had to pay a total of a 100$ for nothing to clear this bill even though I complained.
