I called to get an extension on my payment and the lady told me "Not going to happen". I told her that I don't have the money in the account and she said "Well, clean teh vehicle out and we'll come and get it." I hung up on her because this is the 2nd time she has treated me this way. She called my cell phone and asked why I was being a butthole and I said, "I guess because you were a butthole to me." She said for me to clean the vehicle out, they were coming to get it.
