My wife and I joined Bally in 1988. We have faithfully paid our fee each year for the last twenty years with the understanding that they had a right to raise the rate 10% each year. Last year they sent us a notice that if we paid for two years the cost would be less expensive. We just got notice that they raised our rate $66.00 from $198.00 to $264.00. I called Bally and was told that because we took advantage of the lower rate it nullified our original contract. This practice of offering a sale price for paying two years of dues so they can void your contract is unethical and should be illegal. read full review »
