I was going to order service from Wildblue Communications in 11/08, but was told there would be an additional charge of $150.00 for a pole to set the dish on, so I told them to forget it and I went with Dish network. 3 months later I get a charge on my bank account for $54.07. After I finally got someone to talk to me I was told it was a restocking fee. I was charged a restocking fee for equipment that I never received. And I can't get anyone to do anything about it. read full review »
