I had Direct TV for over two years and their service stunk. Every time it rained or the wind blew, my service would go out. They kept sending techs out to find nothing was wrong. Then it happened again. Finally I cancelled service and the send me a credit statement in the mail. Two weeks later then sent me a new bill stating I owed them money.
