I would like information on where I can field a formal compliant against GE Care credit service. I have a problem every month since I have gotten this account which is ridiculous. This is the only account in which the billing cycle changes every month ranging from the 12th thru 15th. Every month I process the payment through my bank and GE conveniently never gets the payment by the due date in order to charge me a late fee. I complained last month and they remove the fee.
