Purchased, Your Federal&Private Grant CD on 1-26-09 on a website that offered a free laptop for purchasing two items froma list of many. I did so and was billed for said CD on 1-28-09, and again on 2-25-09 for the same CD. This was an unouthorized credit on my account. The CD has a return address in Las Vegas, as well as the websites, www.center4grants.com, and mygrantsite.net. I would liketo know how I should proceed in this matter.
