I should have known better...looking for a deal on Uggs as Christmas present...$99.00 !! Got a confirmation of order, and a charge to my credit card...but nothing else. Emails get returned, no such address...etc. Dumb me! Now, has anyone followed up to see if we can get our credit cards reinbursed? or are we out of luck!!? Any ideas for followup??
