I have been unable to speak to anyone at Escape to Paradise for over a year. I faxed (949-679-7430) them a letter of complaint and attached a "Rip Off Report" in September 2008. Today is 02/27/09, and I have received no response. The manager, Karen, was available to take my calls untill she got my credit card number and $500 dollars.
