I requested a free trial of the product, Acai Berry Cleanse, from FWM Laboratories. I authorized the "shipping and handling" charge. A week later I had another $40.00 come out of my account. I did not authorize this charge. I called FWM Laboratories and cancelled the order they said they had open for me. I got a confirmation number and was told my refund would be processed.
