When I did survey on-line for colonmedic 700 it stated that all I would have to pay s&h charges and that was all I had to pay. When I recieved my product they debited my account for 88.97 and I haven't even used the product. If I was not completely satisfied to return the product with no charge. I never even opened the product. I would like my account to be credited back with the checking information that you have on file from the beginning to pay for the shipping and handling.
