I ordered the 14 day trial of this product, along with it comes a free trial of Fit Factory and Cost Smasher. If you do not cancel they will charge your account for each. I called the toll free numbers for each that was included in the terms of offer. They could not find any record of my account, by address, order number or name. They asked for the first 4 and last 4 digits of the credit card used and when they still could not find a record they wanted all the numbers I refused and asked for a supervisor.
