I paided 8 dollars for a walmart prepaid visa card. The worst mistake i ever made! i have not received my permanent card and this has been since12/10/08. They told me my info did not match their data base. i was told to fax my drivers licence and a recent household bill .So i did. I waited a long period of time .Still heard nothing. I called them again and was informed that my Fax's that i sent to them were to dark to see. so i lightened them and re sent them.
