Sale assoc. charged me for an item that was free, I realized that after I got home. Called the store (I live 1/2 hour away) she insisted that she could not credit my card over the phone and I would have to drive back there. It wasnt that she was unpleasent, she just wouldnt go that extra step for excellent customer service as I would expect a company like Alta would. I will not shop there again. I also will be sure to tell all of my customers, friends and any one that will listen about my exprience. read full review »
