Purchased a special order door from Mendards in Oakdale MN. Paid a lic. contractor $400 to install it in Sept 2008. The door is so warped that the slightest breeze blows it open. It is now March 2009 and we still don't have any resolution on this problem. Menards insists we deal with the door manufacturer, MasterCraft. Truth is neither one of them gives a rats patuty about the problem. Do not, I repeat do not every buy anything special order from Mendards and never, ever, ever buy MasterCraft doors-- they are crap.
