"WTF!! My site is down on the Planet. I called the Planet, gave them my password and name and they tell me they can't help me. The Planet is saying someone owns the rights to my account. What the hell is going on?????? I have the proof I paid for it. I have all this ticket history with them too. They said the zone file was deleted in our hosting environment and is now apparently owned by another account within the Planet. WTF????? They won't tell me anything about this new account name!!!
